Very informative class. Highly encourage everyone to buy the book mentioned in the course. Was very prepared to receive my LTC and the huge responsibility that comes with it. Joel give you all the information you need and provides real world, clear examples to help you understand the law and application. Great course… The first half is relevant laws and the second is firearms maintenance, use, and storage. The second half is remedial for anyone with experience but probably a DPS requirement. Well worth it, and the military discount is appreciated.

If you’re like me and have about 1,000 things going on, the online LTC is the way to go. The instructor is not some mono-toned robot trying to teach you pew-pew tactics, this guy knows his stuff and how to articulate it. He’s clear/concise and helps you understand and bring things to a level to help push you along through what you need to know, vs pulling you through. Great class, I’ve recommended this to many of my friends already.

Joel has been Very helpful, I reached via email because the link wouldn’t let me upload my LTC online course/ handgun Proficiency certificate of training. Joel made sure he worked to walk me through the process and with his help we were about to submit it.
